UK Delivery

Thank you for your payment. Your transaction has been completed, and a receipt for your purchase has been emailed to you. You may log into your account at PayPal or Google to view details of your transaction.

Here at The Allotment Shop we are aware most of our orders are gifts for third parties and therefore we aim to dispatch our goods as quickly as possible when an order is received. You will be notified by email that your order has been received and that it is being processed for delivery. Our delivery period is normally 7-10 working days depending on stock levels and during the exhibition season where we attend several exhibitions the period may extend to 10-14 days but we aim to better this time scale considerably. Orders placed after 5pm are treated as if placed the following working day. However, these delivery times are not always feasible, especially during busy periods. Please note that deliveries are not made on a Sunday.

Delivery is to England, Wales, Southern Scotland and extreme North East of Scotland.

You may find difficulty processing orders for Eire and other off-shore destinations due to the limitations to our UK Google & PayPal accounts. If this is the case, please call us to process the order via telephone transaction where we can advise of delivery cost dependant on the item(s) ordered.

If you have a time constraint (ie a birthday) please let us know when you place an order by email to info@theallotmentshop.co.uk quoting your order reference with a brief explanation of the reason and we will endeavour to deliver the items within your deadline but please ensure you place your order with plenty of advance notice to avoid disappointment.

Our delivery charges are based on weight. Our parcel rate is up to 1kg.
Free delivery on all orders £65.00 or over!

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Standard delivery time is next working day.

The majority of our deliveries will be made by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded or FedEx and therefore will require a signature. Please ensure that the goods can be signed for before placing the order. Any returns due to non-delivery will be subject to an additional delivery charge to send the goods out again.

If for any reason you will be unable to sign for the items please email us to tell us where you would like the item left. i.e. "In the porch" or "with the next door neighbour" and so on.

Our standard delivery charges including packaging are as follows:
One parcel up to 1kg = £4.95

If you are ordering in Northern Ireland, the Highlands of Scotland, Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland and any other offshore destination the delivery charges are significantly higher. Please call us to be advised on the cost of delivery to these destinations. Please note the increased charges are dictated by the courier company we use. Prices based on an Economy delivery service NOT Next Day.

Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday are not processed until the following Monday for delivery.
