Returns Policy

At the Allotment Shop our aim is to ensure you are happy with every purchase you make. However, should any of our goods not meet with your total satisfaction, they may be returned to us, unused, in their original, packaging within 14 days and we will provide you with a full refund or exchange according to your wishes.

As we cannot accept liability for goods posted back to us which could be lost or damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you insure them at the point of despatch and obtain a proof of posting receipt, as we cannot be held responsible for items which go missing in the post. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged Goods
All items are checked before despatch. However occasionally items can be damaged in transit. We strongly recommend you check all goods received before signing for them. However, if you receive damaged goods please contact us directly by telephone or email and we will arrange for replacement or a refund on proof of damage (proof can be supplied by digital photographs emailed to info@theallotmentshop.co.uk or return of the damaged item to the address above).
